iSpace pharmaceutical warehouse facilities are protected by multiple systems to ensure inventory security and data integrity with a disaster recovery program is in place for weather-related or other serious emergencies.

  • iSpace has an extensive range of multi-temperature facilities, ensuring that we can provide comprehensive logistics solutions. Temperatures available include 15-25°C controlled, refrigerated 2-8°C, frozen -24°C, and cryogenic -170°C. Other ranges available on request.

    The majority of pharmaceutical drug products remain stable within a CRT environment. Most commonly recommended vaccines require Refrigerated environments. Certain vaccines and other products must be stored in a continuously frozen state. Pharma logistics, specifically, Biologics, typically require extremely cold temperatures between minus 20 to minus 80 degrees Celsius to remain viable.

  • iSpace follows cGMP guidelines for pharmaceutical cold chain logistics established by the FDA. These stringent requirements include complete tracking of temperature storage conditions, validated storage areas, current documentation and written procedures to handle temperature excursions outside the optimal range.​

    Multiple and redundant security systems record movement, temperature, humidity and other metrics throughout the facility for constant and real-time monitoring. Disaster recovery action plans are regularly reviewed in case of sudden weather-related or other emergencies.

    Our diligent warehouse teams pick and pack products ensuring appropriate, high quality tertiary packaging is used for full protection during transportation, ensuring that your products arrive with customers in perfect condition.​

    Where possible we offer sustainable packaging solutions to our clients. We operate an in-house packaging recycle plant to help create a circular ecosystem for reduced waste and increased efficiency.

  • A full complement of on-site pharmaceutical packaging and labeling solutions present a range of options to increase our customer’s efficiency, control costs and enhance profitability.​

    Re-packaging and re-labeling programs allow iSpace flexibility in demand for packaging configurations. Modern packaging lines are operated by experience technicians responsible for filling, bottling, blister packing and labeling tablets and capsules. Strict cGMP guidelines are followed to ensure product safety. ​

    Bulk shipments of capsules and tablets can be less expensive to transport than fully packaged products. Once inside the iSpace facility, filling, bottling and labeling of bulk supplies are completed and dispatched to our warehouse for storage and distribution.​

    CUSTOMIZED ON-SITE PACKAGING SOLUTIONS​

    Each packaging program is customized in advance to confirm all specifications and to review potential operational and cost efficiencies that are passed on to the client.     The experienced iSpace production team also tailors kitting programs from the packaging department that gather separate components and package them together before distribution to their final destination. Each kitting project requires extensive planning and precise implementation to meet the standards of clients and our internal quality control requirements.​

    COMPLIANCE ASSURED​

    Serialization programs Pharmaceutical Packaging and Labeling . Serialization describes the unique identification of individual cartons and bottles of medications. Specific standards are set out in the Federal Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) that promises increased consumer safety, protection from fraud and a reduction in counterfeit drug products. The new label protocols require technology upgrades to equipment. iSpace pharmaceutical packaging lines are fully compliant with the DSCSA enacted regulations.
