This program selection is held four days per week for two hours per session.
A comprehensive certificate program is designed to prepare students for a career quickly. Upon completion, students earn technical certificates that are industry-focused and provides the fundamental knowledge and skills needed to perform in a supply chain, logistics and warehouse environment.
The SCLIS work-based certification program delves into the significance of technology and the applications of information systems that support and strengthen supply chain and logistics operations. It provides students with an understanding of fundamental concepts and terminology, laying the groundwork for them to gain proficiency in the methodologies, technologies, and competencies imperative for embarking on a career as a professional in supply chain or logistics management.

Eligibility
This SAFe® Agile certification training course is suitable for executives, senior managers, quality analysts, directors, VPs, program and project managers, product managers, portfolio managers, scrum masters, process, enterprise architects, and solution architects. Anyone wishing to aid their organization in the adoption of a Lean-Agile framework should take this SAFe® Agile certification course.
Pre-requisites
All are welcome to attend the course, regardless of experience. However, the following prerequisites are highly recommended for those who intend to take the SA certification exam.
at least 3 years of experience in software development, testing, business analysis, or project management
basic understanding of Agile Scrum

• Provide applicable employment, mentoring , and an immersive learning environment
• Exposure to global supply chain, logistics, emerging technology, and warehouse inventory management
Through BridgePort’s HBCU initiative we offer opportunities for problem statement projects, internships and professional certifications.
BridgePort believes that students need the relevant knowledge and skills to develop abilities that allow them to remain competitive in an ever-changing global marketplace. We are working to increase the pipeline of African American supply chain professionals and leaders. This will be accomplished through the integration of supply chain academic programs and strengthening university-level student engagement.
Academic Events
BridgePort’s academic events expose students to new technology, training to use the technology, and practical application. We seek student and faculty input in helping us solve business and industry-related challenges through collaboration on problem statements with BridgePort's leadership team.
Our experts work with the students during the duration of the project, instructing and mentoring them towards a solution. The engagement is a win-win situation for BridgePort in advancing our business case and for the student seeking to enhance their learning and professional growth.
Internships
Semester Internships, up to 12 weeks
During the Internship, students will learn to use industry-recognized software for project tracking and workflow, and work in an Agile environment while playing an active role on a collaborative team. Each student is assigned customized projects aligned to their field of study to meet their learning, career, and academic goals.
Professional Industry Certifications
BridgePort provides professional certifications in areas of Project Management, Supply Chain, Agile Methodology & Scrum. Students are encouraged to take advantage of our company-sponsored professional certification offerings. We recommend that our students advance their development and increase their employment prospects by earning industry-leading, Agile certifications from PMI, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), or Scrum Alliance.
Introduction to Agile and Scrum along with professional certification training will be offered each semester to Interns (i.e., SAFe Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)).
